RockBot Research provides general and impersonal market-research software and educational analytics. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; suitability determinations; fiduciary or portfolio-management services; brokerage services; transaction instructions; or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell a security or derivative.
Uniform methodology
The product does not use a person’s holdings, account value, income, objectives, experience, time horizon, tax status, risk tolerance, or loss capacity to change an output. User-selected symbols and watchlists only filter which fixed research is displayed.
Options Contract Analysis
Contract Evaluation requires ticker, call/put, expiration, strike, and premium per share. Optional fields are broker IV, current underlying price, bid/ask, volume, open interest, risk-free rate, and dividend yield. The values are not verified and may be time-mismatched. Model references use European Black-Scholes and are not live or executable quotes. No options-provider request is sent. The Unified Context Index is an uncalibrated, fixed evidence-alignment heuristic—not a fair-value appraisal, chain rank, probability of profit, expected return, recommendation, or transaction instruction.
Missing evidence and coverage
RockBot distinguishes a completed review with no qualifying evidence from unavailable or failed source data. Missing or unavailable components reduce displayed coverage, and equal index values with different coverage do not represent equivalent evidence. SEC direction and activity conventions do not establish motive, causation, timing, predictive value, or contract merit.
Publisher interests
Ready to Rock Stocks LLC and its principals may hold securities or derivatives displayed in RockBot. The fixed model does not receive publisher-holdings data and does not alter, promote, suppress, or reorder an output because of a publisher position. The current app contains no issuer-paid placement, sponsored ranking, brokerage affiliate link, order-routing feature, or mechanism that changes an output based on transaction compensation. Example symbols are product demonstrations, not endorsements. This disclosure must be updated before compensated or sponsored coverage is introduced.
Options risk
Options involve substantial risk, can expire worthless, and are not suitable for every investor. RockBot does not determine whether an option or strategy is appropriate for any person.
SEC filings and patterns
P/S transaction codes and filing values do not establish an insider’s motive or predict future issuer performance. Pattern labels and structure-match values are heuristic descriptions of historical geometry, not forecasts, price targets, expected returns, or probabilities.
Data limitations
Market history and public filings can be delayed, incomplete, stale, unadjusted or affected by differing corporate-action handling, amended, corrected, or unavailable. IEX-derived observations reflect IEX Exchange activity rather than the consolidated U.S. market. Source identity does not certify accuracy or completeness.
No performance representation or execution
RockBot does not present guaranteed outcomes, expected profits, audited performance, or investment-performance testimonials. It does not connect to brokerage accounts, accept credentials, route orders, custody assets, or execute transactions.
